Introduction
OFFSHORE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) fully recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information obtained through its activities and complies with regulations concerning the protection of personal information (hereinafter referred to as the ” Personal Information Protection Law “) and have established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”).

The Company will acquire personal information for the following purposes of use and will not use it for any other purposes.
Purposes of use:

- – To respond to inquiries from users

- – To contact users when necessary, such as for maintenance or important matters.

- The Company shall change the purposes of its use regarding personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the purpose of the use is related to the purpose before the change.
In the event that the purpose of the use is changed, the Company shall notify the user of the changed purpose by measures prescribed by the Company or through this website.

The Company will not provide personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the user. However, in the following cases, the Company may provide personal information to a third party.
- (1) When providing user information to an external service operator in order to link with an external service or authenticate using an external service.
- (2) When it is necessary for the Company to cooperate with a national institution, local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either of the foregoing in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining consent from the user may impede the execution of such affairs.

- (1) When the Company is requested to disclose personal information by the person himself/herself, the Company will disclose the information to the person without delay. However, the Company may not disclose parts of, or any personal information if such disclosure could result in the following cases. In a case where a decision not to disclose the information was made, the user shall be notified without delay:

- 5. Correction and suspension of use regarding personal information

- (1) If the Company is requested by the user to suspend the use or delete his or her personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use”) on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of the use or that the personal information was acquired by wrongful means, the Company will conduct necessary investigations without delay.
- (2) If the Company determines that it needs to respond to the request based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, the Company will stop using the personal information without delay.
In the event that the Company has suspended use based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to suspend use, the Company will notify the user without delay.
Notwithstanding Paragraph 2, in the case that it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information, such as when there is a significant monetary cost involved in suspending the use of personal information, and when there is an option to take alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of users, such alternative measures will be taken.

- The contents of the Policy are subject to change without notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by law or in the Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Policy shall be effective from the time it is posted on this website.
